Bluebell Bonsai 凌衫
Bluebell bonsai naturally distributed from Hainan Island in China, Lesser Sunda Islands in Indonesia as well as the Philippines and Vietnam. The Vietnamese blue bell tree (Linh Shan 凌山) is a small, hardy tropical shrub which grows in savannas and sparse forests near riverbanks. This legume family member grows up to 1-2 meters in height .
During its blooming, which is an often occurrence in Singapore's climate, it amazes you with beautiful fragrant purple flowers ,shaping like a purple bell. The flowers scent just naturally diffuse into your living space. As they age the bark becomes more & more gnarly which gives it a great look.
